Do I pay for each person on my site?
No. You pay per site, and everyone you invite is free.
What happens if my site gets a lot of traffic?
We never drop or slow down your traffic when you hit your limit. Over once in a while? No problem. If you're over two months in a row, we'll let you know and suggest a bigger plan. After three, we'll move you up for you.
What does "× Light" mean?
Light is the base level of weekly assistant use. Standard gives a site 2.5 times that each week, Plus 5 times and Max 10 times. The plan panel in Studio shows this week's use as a percentage.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on any paid plan: connect one you own, buy one in Studio or transfer one in. Starter sites use a free sitehost.dev address.
Is support extra?
No. Support is free, and it's answered by the team at Sherman Web Design.
